O disco Transformer de 1972 é o caso daqueles que eu não gosto muito de comentar, não porque seja ruim, mas porque encheu o saco! - pra usar um termo leve-
Acontece que nesse disco está "Walk in the wild side", a música mais conhecida de Reed (mais ainda que Sweet Jane), e que tocou tanto e em tantos lugares e contextos que deu o que tinha que dar. Há muito mais no disco que foi produzido por David Bowie, como a também antológia "Perfect Day"
